I decided to sub S.Lab, and this matchup has been killing me. I already have enough trouble with this using Labby. But this seems even worse. I try playing defensively and capitalizing on any mistakes but that's all I can really do. I don't try to become aggressive since Aigis has the tools to shut me down. Any tips?

    Play as Aigis plays:
Start taking the offensive when she has Orgia Mode down
Start playing the defensive when she has Orgia Mode up

The general idea is what every player wants to do against Aigis: keep her out of Orgia Mode or make her waste it when she's in it.

When Aigis has no Orgia Mode, her threat level is significantly reduced and her ability to pressure you is largely limited. You are essentially facing a gimped Yukiko at this level, her few graces being a hovering Athena counter and decent space control with 2B. Play as heavy pressure as you can, making sure she has little room to use Orgia while spacing out attacks to bait for a DP. Aside from trying to sidestep Athena counters, it's rather straightforward. If she's keeping you zoned out, toss out an 8C to shove a fist up Athena and have Aigis on the guard so you can move forward.

When Aigis does have Orgia Mode available or activated, you want to play defensively while being wary of mistakes and her Orgia meter. Try to get some space between you and throw out a couple of 2C to keep her from boosting towards you. Aigis's mobility, while quick in Orgia Mode, is actually a bit restricted in my opinion, so 2C is amazing if you're trying to keep her Orgia Mode suppressed, because her Megido Fire actually does not break Asterius and her boosting will just get caught by the flames. Once you DO catch her, heavy pressure. This is where keeping watch of her Orgia meter comes in, because many Aigis will try to DP when they notice the meter is getting too low while you are pressuring them. Make use of this knowledge and bait out the DP.
In the case that you are being heavily pressured by Aigis, you have to be a little patient. Fortunately, many Aigis players go very deep when they use Orgia Mode, so mashing that DP will usually hit, but be smart about it. The safest option is trying to guard as much as possible.

    Aigis's best tools against you: 2B, sweep*, 5C*, 2C*, D series
    *breaks Asterius

Alright, thanks. I'll play aggressive against her outside orgia mode. Her megido fire loop combo is really annoying :/. If I miss up i'm pretty much screwed. S.Lab's hp is a bit low -.-. By the way does S.Lab's 2C stop her megido fire?

Asterius will armor right through it unless Aigis touches Shadow Labrys, so yes, it will counter her and hang her ripe for an air combo after. That's why I say to have a good space between you and Aigis, none of her projectiles break Asterius except for Aigis's 214A/B Radical Cannon, and most don't even bother with it outside of combos in Orgia mode, so 2C is pretty useful.
The only danger is if they smart up and stop before hitting the 2C and they sweep to break Asterius. 236C/D while controlling the air with Shadow Labrys herself would be a smart choice then.
