Surrounded by DEATH
Nothing's been posted yet, so I guess I'll start. This is from my limited knowledge, so I may have some/a lot/all of this taken wrong, but it's how I feel about the match-up.
I haven't had much experience with this match-up, but it doesn't see too bad for SLab. 8C seems to be pretty effective against Yukiko if they're trying to keep you away at around full screen, though don't spam it too much, or you'll find your persona broken pretty quickly. If they start to get predictable with their long range persona pressure, you can break her persona. Once you're in on her, it seems like she has a real hard time getting out of pressure without meter. Most of the Yukiko's I've seen would either jump out or use her DP. Her DP can be annoying, but can easily punished for a decent FC combo, while 2C seems to be able to shut out her option of jumping out.
Trying to gain distance with fans in areas not full screen doesn't really effective against SLab IMO and since they don't break Asterios (hardly any of her normals persona break iirc), it seems fairly easy to close the gap back up. When Yukiko's up close, she has pretty good pressure, so you have to stay on the defensive and find an opening, dead angle, or use a burst.
Keep track of when she uses agi and watch for unblockables when fire break is active. These two skills are a couple of reasons I don't like this match-up. Being able to time when to release agi can keep you from trying to rush back in to close the gap, along with making it unblockable if they have fire break active. Her agi skills are also some of few moves she has that can break your persona and are fairly easy to spam on their part. Aside from Agi, she gains access to maragidyne in awakening, which she can use to either force you back to full screen, or pull you in to short/mid range. Mix that skill with fire break and you're gonna have to reaction jump them, else you're gonna get hit for good damage and/or a good combo.
Overall, I tend to be using Asterios to get Yukiko to block/get hit and close the distance. For me, it seems like you'll be using SLab's AA a lot, since Yukiko tends to be in the air a lot at short-mid range trying to poke/gain distance. Using SB persona skills (mainly the laser) seem to be fairly good moves to use if you're having trouble getting in, just make sure you're properly spaced and your attack won't completely miss her. Make sure you know the proper spacing for SLab's attacks and don't whiff them, else you may find yourself back at full screen. If you're able to break her persona, this match-up becomes a LOT more easier so, if you have a good opportunity to break down her persona, go for it.
Now if I could just teach myself to actually think during a match and not mindlessly rush in/mash whenever so I don't get destroyed... Time to finally turn in and get some sleep...

This matchup is terrible for Yukiko, hold D and you nullify most of her ranged game and force her to come to you / let's you get in for free. While in close range, Shabrys DP is gdlk against most of Yukiko's pressure. Yukiko also has no good answers against j.Bs. Condition your opponent to be afraid of DPing, hold D and maintain a tight pressure once you get started and this matchup should be one of the easiest.

Shadow handles most zoners very easily. If she has problems closing the gap because of ranged harass, she can 8C and go in while the opponent cowers waiting for Asterius to uppercut. Most of them have little answer to Shadow's pressure.
The ONLY problem I can think of against Yukiko is against the more skilled ones that understand the maximum range of her persona attacks to where it's hard to DP out and still harass you at the same time. However, it's pretty hard to get yourself in this position.
Asterius is pretty much free to roam. Aside from 5AAA, Agi, and Maragi, none of her attacks break Asterius, not even sweep.
