After playing the answer, I got the impression that the MC was really either dating both Aigis and Yukari, or he dumped one for the other. There's no way in hell they'd get so worked up like that.
I hate these stupid dating sim/choose your favorite girl system they put in the games. It gets screwed up when you have to make a sequel.

Yukari's dialogue and actions in The Answer somewhat allude to that fact that they were indeed in a relationship. But it's never actually said so it's still up in the air

There is no canon intimate relationship with the main character. I wish they'd never added that feature because people will argue about this for yeeeaarss. Like me, my OTP is Protag and Elizabeth and I can give you a million reasons why it is more logical than Protag x Any other character. That doesn't make it canon though. And lol Yukari... nah, I'd lean towards Aigis over her.

I didn't think there was much in the Aigis relationship beyond her feeling devoted to him cos of what happened 10 years ago. Yukari's dialogue in The Answer suggests she was into MC but nothing solid is said about a relationship. I think the point with both P3 and P4 is that whichever relationship you want to be canon, is canon.

Yeah, it kinda felt more like Aigis failed her duty (with some emotion sprinkled on top) since she was all "You are my objective" when she first showed up to me. Minato kicked it, she felt like she had no more reason to be around and it pained her to almighty hell to the point where she said "I wish I didn't have emotions anymore" and then the whole Metis being born thing

Of course she felt some kind of emotion towards him, EVERYONE of SEES did. Yukari obviously had it bad for him, all you need to see for that is the scene about using the Key when she flips a shit at everybody in the room all "I DONT GIVE A CRAP WHAT ANY OF YOU WANT I WANNA GO BACK AND SEE HIM WHO CARES IF WE GOTTA FIGHT NYX AGAIN BLAH BLAH BLAH" But that in no way means she was in a relationship with him, if anything THAT could be why she wants to go back so badly, to have the chance TO be in a relationship with the guy.

So yeah that doesn't make it cannon just because she likes him, otherwise you could say that Rise is cannon in Persona 4's anime due to how strongly she emits affection for Narukami compared to the other girls.
