Don't let him get in, plain and simple. Just stay on the ground and watch out for his air grabs, capitalize on your hits and when the opponent is getting flustered. Try not to use drill claw in the air frivolously, you're gonna eat an air grab. If he just throws out random chair lunges just smack em with a 2B or 5B. If you throw out the Kobe Bryant basketballs Kanji is in a pretty bad spot
This is a pretty easy match up for Teddie, you really shouldn't have that many problems.
