You can always just create a EU PSN account, buy a EU PSN gift card, buy DDS, and play it on your American account.
It's how a lot of people get Japanese content on their American consoles.

Probably I buy this game IF the emulator not work. But the EU cards are a bit more expensive than american cards(export shipping from usa)
