Until Atlus gets a European publishing branch, I'm afraid it's to be expected that it will be released later in Europe than in North America and Japan.

A publisher by the name of "Rising Star Games" published KoF XIII in Europe.

Hopefully we'll get it around the same time Japan does.

Not sure if this is uncommon or not, but I find it unusual that they're already teasing the English version of P4U when there's not a release date for Japan yet. Hopefully, that is somewhat significant.
