Mitsuru uses are sword and not a Katana like Jin.
I guess her fighting style with her sword will be Fencing
Fencing, sexy =D. Hope she will be able to dish out alot of damage =x.
i wonder how she will play thou...seeing she still uses a rapier i guess she will have some swift pokes...i think she will be a somewhat fast character...not has Yosuke thou...but maybe she will be a bit fast,have some very good pokes and well... ice(that is the only thing i am certain lol)
Besides Narukami...she and Akihiko are the ones that i am looking forward to...

She's pimping. Though fencing is new... wonder how ASW are gonna' pull this one off...
Well this is just me theorizing but I'm guessing since she uses a fencing style of swordplay, she'll have a lot of poking or trusting attacks instead of slashing. That leads me to believe that her normal attacks that involve the sword are going to have decent to pretty good range on them.Originally Posted by Symm
As for her ice attacks, those will obviously involve the use of her persona. I'm leaning towards thinking she might have close range ice moves and maybe a projectile or two for zoning purposes? IDK just tossing ideas around.
According to a translation, Mitsuru is supposed to have pretty good normals and Marin Karin damages their SP gauge.
Yes...Mitsuru's Marin Karin drains SP(i havent seen info of HOW much does it drain or how the move works)

i always use ice characters and i used raphael in SC and her fighting style is fencing too, so probably my main...i hope just hope that she can fight at a distance, i like to control from distance to go in and combo from there, if she does that, then im gonna main her

Well it's been said that she is the type of character that can fight at any range so with her normals that are supposed to have good range and her ice attacks combined with whatever attacks her persona can dish out I'm sure she'll be able to zone to some extent.
