Correct. When the staff here were working on the gameplay primer it originally stated that Thunder Fist lasted for a short period of time or until Aki got hit. Jiyuna then contacted Kurushii and said that it has no time limit. And if you look at the icon, there is no timer bar next to it as opposed to other power up moves.

Did you guys see Minosu's video on the KVO2012 final match against Goichi? He really pulled some nice tricks with Caesar and some great jA combos as well! I recommend any Akihiko Mainer and Subber to watch that match. It's a pity he lost by a poke I wanted badly for him to win.
