While I can't attend since it's not my area or even country (and I don't have a passport atm) I strongly encourage anyone near that area to go. This is a good cause guys, and it's a tournament as well, start off the P4A scene strong.

Wish I could make it. Not only do I work during the day, but I have a session to hold at night as well. Will definitelly stream monster it during the session while my club plays P4A as well.

Woah, just moved to San Fran about 2 days ago and had no idea this was gonna happen only 20 minutes away from me. Will definitely try to go!
"...this 24 hour charity event will feature some of Norcal's best players."
Who would those be?
From what I know there will be some of NorCal's top players from every different scene. From BlazBlue, King of Fighters, UMvC3, Street Fighter, and I even think Gundam Extreme Versus players will even be there.
I don't have an exact list but Coopa would know, all I know is a lot of people are excited for this game and are coming to this event!
Hm...I just got an idea, maybe we can test online play this day too? Since I'll have this game at the UCI session this day, perhaps we can play a match online against norcal to see what the netplay is like? This really all depends on if I still have Pulsr's PS3 since oddly its the only PS3 that connects to UCI's internet, lol

I can not wait to watch the stream!! To bad I can't go cause I would love to go there and have fun!!
Updated the first post. Please review information in case you are going. There have been many changes to the event.
Also, the sponsors have grown and the raffle prizes are listed. If you are going to this event purely for the tournaments, the first tournament is at 6am, and we are doing a point system where 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place get rewarded points to earn a copy of Persona 4 arena (ps3).
The side events prior to the tournaments also give you points as well and a chance to practice and have fun. There are also prizes, so feel free to come early if you'd like.
Thank you.
I am at an unhealthy level of hype for this.
