I feel this matchup is relatively easy. Keep in mind the position of Chie and yourself when approaching from the air, j.C and j.B are better friends than your grab in this case. You mainly need to watch out for a Dragon Kick or a j.D from Chie if you're coming from the air, with proper knowledge of her limbs and yours you'll be able to get in your hits or at least avoid get swatted out of the sky.

The ground game is pretty similar, your limbs are far superior than Chie's. Just fight her with your superior limbs from a proper distance and learn how to capitalize off those hits. If you have strong footsies then this shouldn't be hard.

If Chie does manage to get you in the corner just use your R Action appropriately and mix her up, pretty staple. If the player is fond of her rekkas do note that you can grab her after her first rekka. Only tested vs Chie's that do the full rekka.
