Well, meter seems to come pretty easy in this game, so I assume comboing into Charge into more combo is going to be pretty common.
A lot more common than it already was, since after the combo for a certain amount of time you'll be able to Fatal with all specials.
We need a taste of that 5B FC on console first.

I like Charge being more of a key element for her. Its going to open up so many combo possibilities now.
If it weren't for Rise, Chie would be my waifu
They want her damage to be earned a little bit more decisively off hit confirming too. Just gives rampage more utility since I don't see anybody really use it because 5b fc already has a good damage multiplier.
This also causes more decisive meteor planning and meter management.

Your post could have been misinterpreted as a troll post and of course Chie is like the Noel of Persona 4 Arena, she gets nothing but hate so I believe when Luna used the word "fan" it probably meant in that regard that there are many many haters on the character.
