There are a lot of individual stream threads, let's have one umbrella thread for them all.
JAPANESE
A-Cho stream, located in Kyoto, usually streams gachi matches, occasionally tournaments. They only archive on occasion.
Team tengu Main stream,Team Tengu sub stream, Team EXE main stream, Team EXE sub stream. These guys are essentially the replacement for NSB x Anime games, they stream BB and P4U.
Naka Joy - Streams P4U occasionally, but they don't usually archive.
Kohatsu stream, usually streams multiple games weekly/bi-weekly, but I don't know their schedule anymore. Usually the popular games (BBCS, P4U) will be on the weekend, and they usually have singles, teams and beginner (X PSR or under) tournaments. You can also find their YouTube channel here, as they usually upload their tournaments here.
There are various Nico Live streams as well, but each broadcast has an individual URL, so post in here if there's one up. Usually Alpha Station (until it closes in May) and LOOP stream only on Nico Live - Alpha uploads pretty soon after the tournament but you'll have to wait a couple of weeks for LOOP matches.
ENGLISH
Jiyuna's stream, streams P4U matches with commentary and some lolz, he's played mad games and uses multiple characters, so his views are probably the most accurate, as little of it is speculation.
My own stream, also streaming P4U videos with commentary, though I go out of my way to find good Mitsuru players (700 PSR and up).

If you find a new stream, or if one of these broadcasters are streaming post it in this thread!
