The bike attacks are for party members that are not in your current team (or so I heard). I'd guess Chie's follow up attack will still be a punt if she's in the party.

Also, apparently Rise is going to be more useful than she was in the Persona 4.
With her evolved Persona, it will scan shadows before the battle. join in a all out attack(The Aftermath Cloud is pink and has a similar shape to Rise's hair?)

I don't know if this has been confirmed yet, but i hope costumes are actually costumes which you can wear WITH your normal gear, and not make it normal gear that changes your appearance, like in P3FES.
