As far as j.B use in nuetral, I find it is effective as a pre-emptive anti-air. Basically catching your opponent with it as you are noth jumping. On CH this leads to a combo after landing.

Yeah but jB will get you anti aired for free, especially against Yu and Aigis.

Yeah the timing for Double Rampage combos off of A starters is a lot more strict, but it's definitely doable.

Delaying the 5B, and then delaying the first 236B VERY SLIGHTLY is the way to go.

I just listed j.236C for practicality, since if you are going into an air combo off of certain ground confirms, j.236D wont connect.
