Are there any negative side effects to using Orgia mode?

I don't think so. The only thing negative results in using all of the Orgia bar and causing overheat. Then she can't use Orgia mode until it refills to max.

Not really. Her movement and mixup become quite dangerous in Orgia Mode. Plus you gain three specials and her more damaging combos require it.
The biggest drawback is that you use up the Orgia gauge quickly, and it takes a long time to recharge. If you activate Orgia Mode and get stuck in pressure or combo'd you'll lose a lot of gauge meter.

Is there info for the damage of her supers? I looked at the jp wiki(s) and couldn't find anything; I thought I saw a video where the awakening super hit by itself and did like 300 damage. Normals too, I suppose, haven't seen them either.

Yea, maybe try the jBBS. I think her Shield Super does 2100 raw, and Spear does 2400 with C version. Minimum damage are around ~1000 and ~1200 respectively. Not sure about the D versions. I know spear does a lot more damage since there are multiple hits in the D version.
Dunno which vids where she does reversal supers, since Aigis rarely uses her supers anyways.
-edit-
Saw kaqn do a raw spear on Yosuke for 2100dmg. Dunno how much Shield does raw.

Ok, I must have been seeing things to think that the raw super did only 300, thanks.

Oh that’s good to know that there is no real draw back to orgia mode, thanks for the answers guys

Raw Shield Super "C" version does only 1500. Woah, her supers really aren't that great. Naoto's Kick one is like 3500. I guess they are ok reversals.
Naoto's kick is 3000, 3600 on CH. :P

That's still double on Raw Shield Super which is blockable on reaction most of the time, without any combo options after it.

I suppose that is why we only see Aigis use a super when the opponent has a pixel of life left.

I've seen it used as an escape a couple times, but yeah, her supers aren't so great.
Another question: I was going to start going through the jbbs threads, and wonder what the priority info would be, for here/the wiki? It's only two theads, so it shouldn't be too bad, depending on how much time I decide to spend, minus my rusty japanese.

Yea, her shield is a decent reversal, but what super isn't, really. But it puts her next to the enemy, and if they block in time, be sure you're reflexes are sharp enough to avoid getting punished. Only other benefit is I think it wallbounces on hit(CH?) for a decent follow up.
If possible, find the damages/differences for the C/D versions of the supers. I know D Spear is multihit and starts slower.
Maybe what the EX version of Mode Change does. And finally, anything about how movement works in Orgia mode would be helpful.

Well, it seems that the EX mode change is similar to the A version, in that it comes out with a low hop, but it's quicker, and it counts as a normal and so can be canceled; but it has a long recovery(?).
Seems like the Spear super is just how you said, it it hits in the air you can cancel into the shield super and her IK, I think. Haven't seen anything about the differences in the shield super yet, but just getting started.
Approx. usage of Orgia Meter by move:
Dash/Boost: 12.5%
Backdash: 16.6%
Megido: 11.1%
Pandora (missiles): 11.1%
EX version of missiles (Pandora):
More missiles, good for buying time.
EX version of the chaingun:
Starts up like the A ver. (ie, fast), can keep firing like the B ver.
EX of Megido:
Same trajectory as D ver., has longer hitstun, and faster recovery(?); does more damage and good for lengthening combos.
EX of Radical Cannon:
Fires both near and far. (ie. both A and B ver.)
EX of Vulcan:
Also fires both near and far.

Thank you for the info, Elohim. The Orgia meter is interesting.
I updated the Data Thread.

Should also say that the B version of mode change, if used to exit Orgia mode, recovers quicker than the A version but will automatically put you into overheat.
Haven't found damage info for moves yet, but I've basically just gone through the wiki thus far.

If you can translate anymore data that would be fantastic. But could you post it in the General Thread? Leave this thread for simple Q&A stuff.

Also, can you find out more information about what Overheat does? Also what it does when exiting with R-Action.

I was going to post in the data thread, but it's locked; so I'll move over to the general discussion after this post.
Quickly: her r-action doesn't have any special notes (entering or exiting) other than it takes a long time, and can only be canceled into the shield super. Looking into overheat.

So it's somehow a genei-jin ?

So it's somehow a genei-jin ?
With Genei-Jin, you can only access it with meter and you're in it for a set time, whereas Orgia Mode has a separate gauge that you can manage however you like (short bursts or all at once) and you don't have to have meter to access it. Think of it more like Valkenhayn's Wolf Mode if you've played BlazBlue.
