Style Launch-Chilling Shot

So, once again done by the lovely Kaya, we have a new header, and a new style to go with it. To use it or see it, scroll to the bottom to the style selector and simply select Chilling Shot. We're still tweaking it a little but the basics of the style are done, so minus a few alterations and tune ups over the next day or two the style is essentially done so if you want to use a bright based style, look no further =)
